How do I return a purchase?
We want you to be satisfied and happy with your purchase so if your drawer purchase is not working for you, no problem!
We offer easy returns when the items are:
All returns must be returned with the original receipt within 30 days of original purchase date.
We reserve the right to determine whether merchandise without an original sales receipt may be returned. If we deem that the item(s) are eligible for returning without an original sales receipt, the item(s) will only be eligible for exchange.
Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.
A flat fee of $7.00 will be deducted from your refund if the prepaid label is used.

- You will receive a prepaid shipping label via email for your return
- Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount, minus the flat fee of $7.00 to the original form of payment
- Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to process
When sending a return, we recommend that you send it using our prepaid label sent to your email. Attach the label on your return package and drop it off at your local USPS Office. No extra postage is required.
What if I want to exchange for a different color or size?
Not the right size or want a different color? No problem. All exchanges are FREE!! Yes, FREE!!
To Exchange Your Item:
- To process your exchange, follow the instructions as you would to return the item(s).
- You will receive a prepaid shipping label via email for your returning item
- Once we have received your returned item(s), we will ship the new item(s) to you within 5-7 days, with free shipping!
Note: ensure that the item you want to exchange is: unworn in original condition; with hang tags still attached; with hygienic panty liner attached (on undies)
What’s my size?
During these formative years, we encourage body positive language. Each girl develops at her own pace into her natural size, and should not be labeled "small" or "large".
At JstBU we have adopted a sizing system based on development with age as a guide. Our sizes Spark, Flame, Fire, and Blaze are stages to shining brighter each growing day.

When can I expect my drawer of goodies?
All orders are processed within 2 business days.
We currently ship via United States Postal Service on all orders within the US (excluding Hawaii and Puerto Rico).
If your order includes items that are on back order, we will provide the courtesy of sending you partial shipments.
Do you ship outside the US?
Besides the continental US, we currently offer shipping to Canada also. Make sure you check the shipping rate at check out.
