    Here, you will find answers to some of the most frequently asked questions we we receive from customers. If you have a question that we haven’t answered below, please contact us at lmk@jstbu.com, and we will get back to you within a day!

     

    How do I return a purchase?

    We want you to be satisfied and happy with your purchase so if your drawer purchase is not working for you, no problem!

    We offer easy returns when the items are: 

  • Unworn, in original condition
  • Returned with hang tags still attached
  • With hygienic panty liner attached (on underwear)
  •  

    All returns must be returned with the original receipt within 30 days of original purchase date.

    We reserve the right to determine whether merchandise without an original sales receipt may be returned. If we deem that the item(s) are eligible for returning without an original sales receipt, the item(s) will only be exchanged.

    Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.

    When using our prepaid label, $7.00 will be deducted from your refund.

    To Ship Your Return:

    • To process your return, click here.
    • You will receive a printable shipping label via email for your return
    • Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to the original form of payment
    • Please allow 7-10 days for refund to be processed
     

    What if I want to exchange for a different color or size? 

    Not the right size or want a different color? No problem. All exchanges are FREE!! Yes, FREE!! 

    Make sure that the item you want to exchange is: 

  • Unworn, in original condition
  • Returned with hang tags still attached

    To Exchange Your Item: 

    • To process your exchange, click here.
    • You will receive a printable shipping label via email for your return  (disregard the message where we deduct $7.00 for prepaid label - it does not apply to exchanges)
    • Once we receive your item, we will ship the new item to you
    • Please allow up to 5 days for processing the exchange
     

    What’s my size?

    During these formative years, we encourage body positive language. Each girl develops at her own pace into her natural size, and should not be labeled "small" or "large".

    At JstBU we have adopted a sizing system based on development with age as a guide. Our sizes Spark, Flame, Fire, and Blaze are stages to shining brighter each growing day.

    When can I expect my drawer of goodies?

    All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours of purchase.

    We currently ship via United States Postal Service on all orders within the US (excluding Hawaii and Puerto Rico). 

    If your order includes items that are on back order, we will provide the courtesy of sending you partial shipments.

     

    Do you ship outside the US?

    Besides the continental US, we currently offer shipping to Canada also.
