Why are some of your bras lightly padded?
We provide light padding options on some bras for those more sensitive to peek-a-boos, aka nipple outings.
What’s my size?
During these formative years, we encourage body positive language. Each girl develops at her own pace into her natural size, and should not be labeled "small" or "large". At JstBU we have adopted a sizing system based on development with age as a guide. Our sizes Spark, Flame, Fire, and Blaze are stages to shining brighter each growing day.

What if I don’t like my order?
At JstBU we want you to be satisfied and happy with your purchase. We gladly accept returns and exchanges of unwashed and unworn or defective merchandise within 30 days of original purchase. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.
Sale items are not eligible for return, one-time exchange only.
All garments need to be in the original packaging, with hangtags attached, including panty liner on undies.

- The cost of return shipping, $5.99 for any number of items, will be deducted from your refund.
- You will receive a printable shipping label via email for your return.
- Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to the original form of payment.
- Please allow up to 10 days after receiving your return for refund to be processed.

When can I expect my drawer of goodies?
All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours of purchase. We offer a number of shipment methods to fit your budget and timing.
If your order includes items that are on back order, we will provide the courtesy of sending you partial shipments as items are in stock under one shipping payment.
